Consistent and Robust Amplification

GoTaq® MDx DNA Polymerase is a full-length form of Taq DNA polymerase that exihibits 5′→ 3′ exonuclease activity. The glycerol-free product formulation is further purified to remove glycerol, making the enzyme suitable for further manufacture processing and lyophilization.

• Manufactured under cGMP using validated equipment, processes and method under a certified Quality System to ensure consistent product performance lot-to-lot.
• QC-tested for bacterial, fungal and mammalian DNA to ensure low DNA contamination.

GoTaq® MDx DNA Polymerase is a general purpose reagent intended for general laboratory use. It is suitable for use as a component of molecular diagnostic assays, where applicable country laws allow.
