DESCRIPTION

General description

Each pack contains the following reagents:

Anti-mouse IgG horseradish peroxidase conjugate, 100 μL

Anti-rabbit IgG horseradish peroxidase conjugate, 100 μL

ECL^™ membrane blocking agent, 5 g.

Sufficient for at least 10 miniblots.

Application

Amersham^™ ECL^™ western blotting reagent pack has been used in high sensitivity western blotting.[1]

Features and Benefits

·       Contains reagents for membrane blocking and secondary detection of membrane-bound mouse and rabbit primary antibodies.

·       Designed for use with nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes.

·       Detection reagents are not included, but the system is optimized for use with Amersham^™ ECL^™ Western Blotting Reagents, and Amersham^™ ECL^™ Prime.
