The Quantus™ Fluorometer is an easy-to-use, affordable single-tube fluorometer. Quantus comes preprogrammed with protocols for quantification of single-stranded DNA, double-stranded DNA and RNA using Promega QuantiFluor® Dyes and is also compatible with other fluorescent assays.

For higher-throughput fluorescence-based assays, the GloMax® Discover microplate reader provides a simple means of detecting fluorescence, luminescence or absorbance. GloMax® instruments come pre-loaded with protocols for Promega assays, and provide an intuitive user-interface, allowing simple set-up and plug-and-play convenience.
