We offer plasmid prep kits in miniprep, midiprep and maxiprep format for isolation of plasmid DNA from small, medium and large volumes of bacterial culture.

PureYield™ Systems provide high-speed purification of high-quality plasmid DNA. An endotoxin removal wash is included in the protocol to improve performance of the purified plasmids in sensitive applications such as transfection and in vitro transcription/translation.

PCR products and DNA from restriction digests are commonly purified away from reaction components to remove any nucleotides or and primers or small molecules that can interfere with performance in downstream applications. Viral nucleic acid extraction is a critical step in infectious disease research. Nucleic-acid based detection of viral pathogens requires the extraction of both DNA and RNA (total nucleic acids). We offer Maxwell® Viral Total Nucleic Acid purification kits for automated nucleic acid extraction from up to 48 samples per run on Maxwell® Instruments, and the Maxwell® HT Viral Total Nucleic Acid Purification Kit for extraction of total nucleic acid on robotic liquid handlers.
