The PowerQuant® System is a five-color, four-target probe-based qPCR assay that quantifies total amplifiable autosomal and Y-chromosomal DNA in single assay. It consistently detects 0.5pg/µl human DNA, detects PCR inhibitors and assesses DNA integrity.

The Plexor® HY System quantifies autosomal and Y-chromosome DNA, detects down to 6.4pg DNA and provides internal positive control/melt-curve analysis to guard against false-negative and false-positive results.
