Riboprobe® Systems are used for in vitro preparation of high-specific-activity single-stranded RNA probes or microgram quantities of defined RNA transcripts from cloned DNA inserts. 

The RiboMAX™ RNA Production Systems generate large quantities of capped or uncapped RNA transcripts suitable for in vitro or in vivo translation reactions. The T7 RiboMAX™ Express Large-Scale RNA Production System is an in vitro transcription system designed for the consistent production of large amounts of RNA in a short amount of time. Milligram amounts of high-quality RNA transcripts up to 14kb have been generated using this kit.
